Purpose
The programme aims to equip participants with a range of techniques to carry out "difficult" conversations.

- Identify own fears and thought processes which can block effectiveness
- Understand the impact of your behaviour on others
- Challenge personal assumptions

Staff at all levels who wish to enhance their ability in this area.
Method
Methods consist of inteactive lecture, group exercises, questionnaires and discussion.
