Purpose
This one day programme will introduce participants to the process of completing a business case: clarifying the Northern Ireland guidance and good practice. This module will benefit anyone involved in or required to write business cases.
Learning Outcomes
Learning Objectives:
- Understand the purpose, elements and need for a business case
- Be familiar with the Northern Ireland Guide to Expenditure, Appraisal and Evaluation (NIGEAE)10 step Approach to Business Cases
- Be able to complete the main steps of a business case and consider practical tips
Audience
- Those completing a business case for the first time and are unsure of the process;
- Or those seeking to refresh their business case writing skills
- Bands 5 and above
