Nuala McKeever - Confident Effective Communication

In this interactive workshop, Nuala focuses on Confident Effective Communication, using humour and insight to help people use what they’ve got, to get what they want.

 

“What we’re aware of, we can control. What we’re not aware of, controls us.”

When we take time to look at why we act the way we do, in this drama that is our life, we can learn how to pause and then choose our words and actions powerfully.

 

Being a confident, effective communicator and leader of other people, starts with being compassionate towards yourself.

 

With over twenty five years’ experience of writing and performing comedy and a lifetime of studying what makes us all tick, Nuala McKeever delivers an inspirational session on how to use what we’ve already got, to get what we really want.

 

Nuala first came to public attention in the award-winning Give My Head Peace. She then had her own comedy series McKeever which ran for three years on UTV, creating a host of characters that became household names including Hillary Hamilton of Holywood, Mickey’s Ma,  and The Airhostess.

 

When we catch ourselves on, we can set ourselves free!
