Brief History: Paula has over 15 years’ experience within HSC with the past 10 years’ experience being in IT Skills Development.

Qualifications: EDEXCEL BTEC level 4 HNC Diploma in Computing and Systems Development; JEB Diploma in Education Practice: ICT Skills; ILM level 3 Staff Informatics Programme; Prince2 Practitioner; ILM Cert in First Line Management; ILM level 5 Award in Leadership & Management

Currently Working On

Since joining the HSC Leadership Centre in May 2013. Paula has a keen interest in Service Improvement tools, specifically within the area of Process Mapping. 

Paula is also Regional ICT Programme System Training Officer and works with Trusts and HSC organisations developing learning materials for regional clinical systems.
